“Getting the right information to the right people at the right time.”
The Mesa County Joint Information Center (JIC) is a physical location where public information officers from organizations involved in incident management activities, utilize the Incident Command System (ICS) to work together in conjunction with the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and/or the incident commander to provide critical emergency information, crisis communications, and public affairs support.
