- PATCH TRADING POLICY: Due to an overwhelming amount of requests for agency patches, the Mesa County Sheriff's Office does not participate in patch trading through our website, via the internet, or with overseas entities. Any request to trade patches with a person unknown to this agency will go unanswered.
